This has been the 2nd time I have had an issue with my tungsten ring. Thorsten and TCRings have been understanding and quick to respond. They stand faithful to their lifetime warranty. 2 times my rings have broken. And after I contacted them they gave me the simple steps I needed to follow to get my ring replaced with only the cost of having the engraving done. I was very impressed with their service and their professionalism. I am very grateful to them for replacing the ring with no questions asked. A great company to work with

I was a bit skeptical initially when my fiancée found this site online but I was definitely impressed with the service and product we received. My fiancée had to exchange his wedding band for a smaller size (we didn’t follow the comfort fit guide) a representative addressed our issue promptly and helped us through what we needed to do to get a replacement. Turnaround for the product both times was super quick. Overall, I give them a thumbs up!

My partner and I chose to purchase our own engagement rings, as opposed to a more traditional approach. After thorough research I chose this ring and couldn't be more satisfied! Ring was recieved quickly and the quality is great. I recieve compliments on it constantly; and the protective coating hasn't shown any sign of wear and tear after almost a year of having it.
