WILLA ring cannot be repaired or resized due to the hardness of the ring material, so it is automatically covered under our comprehensive Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty for the following:
Engraving fees are not covered for exchanged rings and will need to be paid when requesting an exchange.

WILLA ring can be returned to us for a full refund for any reason if we receive it back in like new condition within 15 days after delivery date to you. Custom engraving fee on this ring is non-refundable. Request Return Form.
This ring is made to order and typically takes 1-3 weeks to create. The Free Shipping option will add an additional 2-4 Business days*. Faster shipping options will be available at check out.
