If you don't like your ring within the first 40 days, you can return it to us for a full refund - no questions asked. You can also exchange your ring for a different size, or a wholly different ring. If the new ring's price is different, you will be charged / refunded the difference. We cannot refund the engraving fee. If you want to exchange your ring for another engraved ring, the engraving cost would still apply.
RETURN POLICY
The width you choose is really just a matter of personal visual preference & physical comfort, but you'll need to know that in order to determine your size.
Our widths range from a slim 2mm to a bold 20mm. Women often choose either a 2mm or 4mm band, while men most often prefer 6mm or 8mm. But there is no "rule" you have to follow.
How To: A nickel is not quite 2mm wide. Stack three together and you can see approximately what a 6mm ring would look like on your hand. Pick the width that conveys the look you want.
The best way to get your accurate ring size is to go to your nearest jeweler and have your ring size measured. They will give you a couple of rings in different sizes, and you can determine for yourself which one fits you the best.
Be sure to tell them the width of the ring you are ordering and whether it is a Comfort Fit or Standard Fit band - both of these factors will affect the size you need.
If being sized by a jeweler is not an option, order our adjustable ring sizer.
Precious Metals (gold, platinum, palladium, silver) don't break / crack, can usually be resized, can be engraved and can be removed with a standard ring cutter in an emergency.
Contemporary Metals (tungsten, titanium, cobalt, zirconium, ceramic, solid carbon fiber, damascus steel, moku ti) looks amazing with colors like gun metal gray, black, white, pink and multicolored bands, more scratch resistant and are generally more affordable than precious metals.
Your ring is covered for manufacturing defects, accidental damage or breaks. Simply return your ring and exchange it for a new one (same style and width). If your particular style, width or size has been discontinued, we'll send you a ring of equal value and a size that most closely matches it. This warranty includes free resizing for life! If your finger size has changed, you can exchange it for a new size free of charge (except engraving).
